The facility is clean and welcoming, and booking an appointment was simple and convenient. However, the overall experience fell short. When the acupuncturist came out and saw me waiting in the lobby, they continued chatting with the receptionist about Google Maps reviews instead of starting the session. I had paid for a 60-minute treatment but only received about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the session didn’t provide much relief, and I left feeling disappointed. Not likely to return.
I am so grateful to Shobna for having helped me with my symptoms of Meneire’s disease. I have had complete relief from the fluid retention in my inner ear, my symptoms of dizziness have greatly improved and my hearing has been restored. I have been able stop taking daily medications. Her treatments have also helped with my energy levels,neck pain,jaw issues and overall wellbeing. I feel so thankful to have been referred to her.
I had acupuncture in my hands to try and alleviate the stiffness caused by arthritis. After one treatment I noticed a difference. My hands didn’t ache after 18 holes of golf. I’ve had a second treatment and my hands feel even better. I will continue with regular treatments.
Had an amazing massage at Shivaye Acupuncture and Massage Clinic yesterday. Would highly recommend for all my friends, family and co-workers. Amazing staff, and a very clean and peaceful environment.
Shobna is the best. I’m a high-level athlete and she is my go to when i need recovery and a spa-like relaxation experience. She has helped me work through some chronically tight muscles and I’ve seen the improvements in my performance.
