Dr. Shivani Shinde was professional and personable with my concerns. She helped me understand all the options available to me and let me make decisions that were right for me. Her professional expertise is exceptional.
I really like my doctor and the whole team starting with the front representatives who answer the telephones. Everyone at the Intermountan is very curteous, pleasant. What is absolutely amazing that with such a high volume of patients being served, I never have to wait. How do you do that? I always understand the doctor and/or the staff and if not, I ask and am patiently offered an explanation. I don't have anything negative to say, everything is positive even the hospital cafeteria is outstandig.
Dr Shinde took the time to explain the type of breast cancer, the treatment process and some hurdles to be expected. She is very kind, caring and compassionate. So glad I was placed with her.
She is very thorough and detailed. I love it and feel I am in good hands. Thank you.
