When I went to see the doctor at the appointment date and time front desk informed me my appt was cancelled. The front desk girl was rude and obnoxious and told me to come back a month later and for me to confirm if the doctor will see me or not. This not how you treat new patient.
I met Dr. Patel last year. I was diagnosed with Sjogren's Disease back in June 2022 after years of suffering. I also have dealt with Fibromyalgia for decades so I've seen my share of doctors. My first meeting with her was great! She really seemed to care and understood my sadness & frustration with chronic pain and we tried to find a good balance of medication to help. I really thought I had found someone that got it. Well, the meds she prescribed didn't work well for me. She ordered another blood test before my next follow ... read more
