I would give her A zero star if I could. She has horrible bed side manners. Yells at me because she thought I was not taking my medicine. Well she thought I was someone else but I got no apology. After the surgery I needed more time to heal but I never saw her again. Only her hygienist. Charged me more for not even seeing her again. She was loud and very rude during my extraction surgery. If you are nervous about seeing a dentist do not see Dr. Shivangi in Chesterfield Virginia.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a procedure done at this office and, not only was the recovery time 3x the length quoted, at my final follow up appt Dr. Amin informed me I would need another procedure (one she could have & should have done while I was in for my first procedure) that would, again, put me out of work for weeks. This final follow up appointment was 4 weeks after my procedure and was the first time Dr. Amin had been there for an appointment. Great staff. Very kind and knowledgeable.
