I never can get an appointment and staff not very helpful
Left Today feeling completely taken advantage off, after already having a terrible experience a year ago. I had an MRI done last year and when I called to hear my results they said the nurse practitioner wanted to see me in person, I insisted because my husband is a doctor and we were traveling so I was okay hearing them by phone. She INSISTED I’d go to the office because there was something “unusual” in the results and wanted to discuss in person. The staff is friendly and helpful The doctor's and P.A.they take the time to hear your concerns and give you all information needed to treat you. Very Nice both staff and Dr's,PA included.
Very friendly staff Dr Thacker VERY Assertive to your needs as listens and has a huge heart. But once there office got a new Pa a lot changed negatively. I definitely miss Dr Thakur as my PCP.
I have been seeing Dr.Thakur for about a year. With many health issues, I was looking for an internal medicine practitioner. I am very happy with the time and attention from Dr.Thakur and her staff. I tend to have many questions. I find the doctor to be knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns. I always recommend her to my family and friends.
