Gwen is a truly dedicated and a blessed yoga teacher. I have been attending her classes for some time now, and the impact on my well-being has been profound. She has a wonderful sense of humor and incorporates therapeutic positive affirmations into her guidance, which adds an uplifting element to the practice. Practicing yoga at Shiva Shakti genuinely changed my life for the better. With Gwen's gentle, nurturing, and yet challenging support and the beautiful community she's fostered in her studio, I became physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger and learned how to use my yoga practice to help me stay grounded through life's constant ups and downs. I've since moved out of Massachusetts and so I'm practicing yoga at a different studio, but Shiva Shakti and Gwen will have my heart forever.

I started going to Gwen's studio to recover from a very serious back injury. Within weeks, I was already feeling stronger and more confident in my body. No two classes are the same and she customizes the class based on people's needs. She creates such a warm and inviting space. It truly is a special studio. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
