I took my car there this past Friday, when I got it back, the rubber mat in my car was no longer there. When I called them back to see where it had gone they continuously claimed that they didn’t have it, then after I asked them if they had accidentally thrown it out, the employee proceeded to accuse me of throwing my mat out.
