The nurse practitioner who seen me treated me more like a cash register than a patient. Instead of treating me like a human, she tried to convince me that I have expensive labs and procedures that were completely unnecessary. I have been a nurse for 15 years and when I corrected her incorrect information she got flustered and tried to say I needed referrals for a bunch of specialists. Your health is a distant second to billing at Vancouver clinic.
Sorry to report, requested a dermatology appointment. It wasn't until April! Ok, that doesn't work in anybody's life. Called to request an earlier appointment. Nope. Vancouver clinic can't do office phone calls. Frustrated. I had to fire Vancouver clinic. There are other providers. If you can't handle the simple things, I cannot trust you with the important things. No one should have to wait months to be seen with a medical condition.
