Dr. Desai epitomizes the name Dr. From the time we first met in the hospital. Through rehab and ready for treatment he was there guidiing us. We asked lots of questions. He answered honestly and gave us realistic expectations of our radiation journey.. Every case is different. We are on to immunotherapy but dr desai still responds when we call. Thank n you n dr desai foe being part of our team!!!
Talks a good talk then does what he wants. I was told my palliative radiation for endometrial cancer would be low dose with little to no side effects. Maybe diarrhea and fatigue, nothing else. Went for one treatment. It was only to help with symptoms and only 5 low dose treatments. That furst one left me with SEVERE gut pain, increased bleeding and nausea. Called them and they said the high dose radiation does that. I said mine was supposed to be low dose. I never wouldve agreed to high dose for stage 4 untreatable cancer. T... read more
