Best doctor ever! Pragmatic, helpful, approachable with a great bedside manner. Also, best doctors office - they should be studied and copied as they’ve figured out how to be pleasant, easy to work with, efficient, responsive and on time!! Amazing!
Dr Patel is great but the office is a mess. Requests are lost or not followed through to completion. Information is not consistent and communication through the portal often has no response.
