Simply inedible
Usually order a delivery a few times a month, but the last two weeks we have ordered a collection. Last week was messaged to say the order would be ready at 18.45, so when arrived to collect it to find out it hadn't even been started was annoying, as we still had another order to collect from a diffrent shop which would now have to wait. Never normally any issues with Shish but tonight I placed an order online 20.08 and it was estimated to come at 20:42. By 21.18 I phoned again and was told that it was with the driver and be 10 mins. By 22.03 it had not arrived, so phoned again. Again I was told it be 10 mins, I was asked 4 times what was my address and every time I give it he got it wrong. Poor experience and disappointing service. We called ahead at 7:00 pm to order a pizza and arrived around 40 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. It wasn’t, and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes with no clear update. When we asked, the staff repeatedly said they were busy and were quite rude about it. We understand that restaurants can be busy, but customers deserve better communication and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.
