Very bad customer service
Ordered customized Kippot. They didn't have the brand I selected. They proactively called us and offered to swap for a more expensive brand at no extra cost. Then they delivered to my door so I wouldn't have to pick it up on a busy Friday. So very thoughtful of them. I'm impressed and will shop there again and again.
Order was messed up and they didn't want to take responsibility, they said it was clarified and disregarded what I had to say. Bad experience. Never again.
