Massive overcharges, waiting months for refund
Don't use unless you want a huge headache!!! Massive overcharges, just billed to your card, months waiting for thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges to be returned
2019- The ladies at this office have been nothing but rude to me and it is unnecessary. I pay my premium and SHOULD be allowed to call with questions every now and again but if/when I do they are rude and snippy and have hung up on me twice as well. They honestly need a few courses in customer service since that is what they are SUPPOSED to be doing. July 2023 4 years later and I call again for some help and AGAIN rude as can be. I see a lot good reviews. Must be a good place but my experience today was not that of many. The lady who answered the phone did not give me a chance to explain why I was referred to them. She keep interrupting me asking for the car Vin number. That's all she was interested in. She claimed with the Vin they'll know everything. I understand she could have been busy at the time. It was as easy as putting me on hold or asking to call me back. I finally had to say that I'll call her back once I get the VIN.
