A nightmare to backing at docks!!!No overnight parking and rude lady from shipping &receving

I was asked to deliver a hot load overnight to this facility and I got two and half hours of waiting and watching people walking around and discussing but not working. Will never delivering here again . This place doesn’t respect truck drivers. Same guy that unloaded my truck had enough time to take 4 smoke breaks instead of doing his job .
Never again. The lady at check-in don't have to be rude. I don't expect a smile but professional should be a must.
