The owner is really proficient and thorough. Really nice and pleasant always has my garments on time for my travel. I make an effort to travel to this location as often as possible.
I lost a button on my suit and stopped by to have it fixed. She stopped what she was doing and fixed the button on the spot... then would not let me pay for the fix. Though it wouldn't have been expensive, her gesture made my day. Excellent customer service!
Drop your clothes off One Month before you need them. I dropped off 2 white button shirts on a Monday they told me they’d be ready Wednesday. Went on Wednesday they weren’t ready, they told me Thursday morning, went back Thursday morning they told me they’d be ready after 5pm. Went back at 5:30pm they told me shirts will be ready Friday morning, went back Friday morning, shirts not ready….you get the picture.
