Shirley’s did a great job doing ac, heater and water heater install. The team did a great job, they noticed a defect in the new AC unit and quickly worked to get a different unit same day. Can’t say enough about how professional they were and took care of us. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!
Hello to all, so our system went down. We called Shirley’s, even though I have never paid someone to work on my home being a DIY guy I’m not messing with HVAC. As we all know life happens so yes we got installed with a big hiccup and I have to say the owner was here the very next morning with his top guy and had us up and running in like an hour. Shirley’s was hired to install an AC unit at my house due to my old AC unit going out (during a heat advisory). The thermostat in my house was reading 85-90 degrees every day. Shirley’s showed up on Friday to install the unit and the first thing they told me was that they weren’t going to have enough copper to finish the project that day unless they drove to get more from their supplier… but instead of driving to pick up more copper during normal business hours, they told me at the end of the day (around 5pm) that they didn’... read more
Made an Appointment for 8am. Was told Tech would be here. I called numerous times no answer. Finally returned my call at 9 am. I told them to cancel. The guy named Joe was very rude. Told me I had to pay service fee. I told him no. Then he cursed me said he was going to sue me in court. Do not use this company!
They came out and fixed our unit. We were pleased. They signed us up for their ‘service plan’ and we payed their premium rate. The plan was to service the AC and then heat, once a year for each, and they would call to schedule. Guess who never called to schedule? Called them twice and they never returned calls. They get you for the service plan and never do the actual service, sad.
