Shirley’s Heat and Air replaced my HVAC system. They were on time, quick, and friendly. They did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with our new, virtually silent system!
On 6/26/25, we noticed that our A/C heat pump condensor wasn't keeping the house cooled to the temp we had set. My husband, changed the filters and cleaned the coils before he called SH&A. They answered the phone promptly and sent a service tech out promptly as well. The tech arrived and spoke with my husband and began diagnostics on our system. The Shirley family was a godsend! On our way through Joplin, MO, we blew a tire on our boat trailer. We were able to make it off the highway safely and pull into a gas station. This amazing, generous, dirt biking family came to our rescue!! Unselfishly, they offered to help and actually had the exact spare tire we needed and the entire family helped replace it with their spare tire which was the exact match! We had such an excellent experience with Shirley’s from start to finish. I worked in construction for a decade, so it was so refreshing when the owner made a point to address ME (not just my husband) when discussing our HVAC project. Office staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions that came up, and everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. Super fair quote and a seamless installation. Couldn’t ask for a better HVAC contractor. Highly recommend!
