They were nice when we had to replace the heater. The problem was they did a couple of things wrong on the wiring at the installation, but were still wanting to charge $175 for inspection and service fees to come out and fix it a couple months later. So I ended up calling someone else to come and fix it for me. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I called another company that came up first on Google but they said I was just too far to reach during 3 inches of snow. I called Shirley's, they got back to me very quickly and talked me through how to reset my furnace without having to drive out to me. This kind of service is the highest quality you can hope for. My furnace is now back to working for the coldest days this year, and if I ever have any issues Joe Shirley and his company will be my go to.
