Excellent service from technician Mikie. We had a Hard Start Kit installed to the AC Unit. Shirley's continues to service us well and communicate via phone and text regarding scheduling updates.
Punctual and honest
I had Shirleys come out today to look at my AC since it was struggling. Joe was able to fit me right in and quickly figured out my system was pretty much suffocating. I cant recommend them enough. I thought I was going to have to replace my ac or get it recharged. Joe started with some small fixes that actually solved the problem and saved me a ton of money. When the AC does finally kick the bucket ill definitely be back.
They were nice when we had to replace the heater. The problem was they did a couple of things wrong on the wiring at the installation, but were still wanting to charge $175 for inspection and service fees to come out and fix it a couple months later. So I ended up calling someone else to come and fix it for me. They also installed a sump pump to help the air conditioner leak, but are wanting to charge me a service call to come out and look at it again as it’s leaking. I’m very disappointed.
