I recently ordered from grubhub, half of the order did not arrive. After calling Shirley's, they admitted it was their mistake and would not offer us any compensation.
Always a busy place but worth it if you wait a lil
Asked 3 times for a glass of water at the bar ..to 2 different bartenders!! Kathryn has to be one of the worse bartenders they have there!! Doesn't smile at all and is completely rude!! Don't get how u have cameras in the establishment yet u don't see what goes on there!! Sad...so dam sad
Took my wife and son here for my wife's birthday, their drinks and chicken wraps were fine, but I ordered 6 wings that were small and burnt, so hard couldn't even eat them, no meat on them. I was told they are organic chickens so they are smaller, asked me if I wanted a replacement, i said no thank you. I will never be going back here, spent 70$, ps: i didnt leave a tip.
