Aside from the time they forgot about me and my dog in a treatment room for over an hour I hadn't complaints in their hit and miss approaches until today. I called crying my dog couldn't get up and they calmly said they could see her next week. When I explained there would be a lot of urine and feces by then they said they could squeeze her in 4 days. I went to a local pet supply and they gave me an arthritis supplement and she was up and fine in 3 hours. The vet wouldn't make any recommendations until her visit.... aka mone... read more
Great practice...great service and Dr Archer is the most passionate about his care to animals....plus he is a nice person with high standards... Glad I have been reunited with his skills.
The Doctors and the staff are absolutely wonderful and truly care about my furry family members!!
I went there today for my dog Lily ,they treated her so wonderful,Trish is a sweetheart,Dr Archer is so good with her,was very gently,he explain everything about Lily clear.The best doctor ever.all the staff is nice,expect one who is very grouchy,she needs to lighten up.Thank you to rest.
I will NEVER bring my dog back there again. Took her there They had her for 3 days to check her urine and they didn't get a sample. And they still can't tell me what's wrong with my dog. They never return phone calls and expect me to bring her back there so they can try and get a sample today after I just picked her up yesterday. But let's give her 2 different antibiotics not knowing if it's a urinary infection or kidney problem. 900 dollars later. He'll no. Big disappointment.
