Beware of this firm I met Mr. Shirley in his office for an initial "free" consultation. At the end of the conversation, he had me sign a retainer for several thousand dollars. Upon leaving his office, I immediately had second thoughts. The retainer had an exit clause to allow me to cancel the agreement within 30 days. I cancelled the very next morning.
