We needed to get our septic pumped and inspected for a home sale use permit. The owner of the company actually came out and helped that day. He never announced he was the owner and was just a genuinely nice guy working with his crew. They where in/out in less than 3 hours and passed our septic. Highly recommend.
Had an appointment scheduled, they didnt show up, called them and they rescheduled after I took off work and didnt notify me. no call or email. There are so few companies that service this area that they think they can get away with awful service. I will make sure to never recommend them.

Worst customer service ever, rudest driver ever and broke my septic lid when he replaced it too. Owner tried to justify why he was there for literal 15 minutes only, didn't complete job. Had a trainee with him too, not good to let him train ANYBODY.
