In response to the previous poster: The validity of a claim is determined by an adjuster, not the agent. In addition, there is limited (if any) coverage for non-policy holders
This agent sales you useless insurance for over 20 years! When u file claim for the first time on a home, she does everything possible to make sure a valid claim will not go through! I thought. Agents were supposed to assist you not get your claim denied! How dare she act like she give customer service!
