I am extremely happy with the treatment I received from Dr Santos. Her work was fllawless. It was easy to schedule an appointment, her staff was very friendly and the office was immaculate...
Needs to go back to dental school!!! I had to pay a specialist to fix her sad attempt to perform a root canal. She "forgot" to fill one of my roots.....gets worse. A year prior I had to pay another "real" dentist to fill 2 drilling she made for cavities....turns out she "forgot" to fill them. I went to her initially to fix them and she relentlessly argued for a hour that my teeth already had those holes. (They were perfectly round holes in the front teeth...very noticeable!!!). office is very nice and clean. did not have to wait like most other dentist offices ive been to. everything was on time, got my deep cleaning done and a filling and the dr was very nice and gentle with me. finally found a dentist i am happy with so i will be back for my future cleanings!
Dr Shirley is a very personable dentist. She laughs all the time and makes you feel like you've known her forever. The Staff seem to work well were her and every one seems to have a great time. All i know is when you notice people are happy were they work the atmosphere is very inviting and they treat you like a person not just a patient. Ill def be taking my whole family there!!
Dr Shirley really accomaded me!! i needed to be seen rt away being that i was going outa town in couple days and she was able to see me in the evening. i had my tooth fix and good as new!!
Dr Santos was great. she was able to answer all my questions and concerns she explained everything very well so that i could understand. not to mention the office was beautiful!!
