Scheduled a $100 consultation with Shirley. Unfortunately, they "only take consultation appointments in the mornings", so I had to take time off work. I wasn't called back for my 10:30 appointment until after 11:00. A different lawyer (not Shirley) called me back and asked if the front desk had let me know that Shirley was not available (the front desk didn't mention anything).
