The receptionist name Karen was so rude to me I was just trying to call an ask about care there and she made me feel terrible I would not step foot in this place. They don't even deserve the one star.
This place is the worst place to go to. My clothes were never changed on time and also they would never shower me on time. I went to the Shirley Ryan in Buridge and they are just as bad as the company and also the main one in downtown as well. They made me 3 prosthetic legs and none of them fit they gave me a leg that is made for an 80-year-old man. They also used to put me on the treadmill for one hour while they were filling out information about the patient they had before me. The therapists are just as lazy as their boss... read more
