I have had an appointment and several online interactions with Shirley Wetsel, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. During our consultation, I found her to be somewhat impatient, which made it challenging for me to feel comfortable discussing my concerns. My experience with Shirley was wonderful. She was informative, thorough, kind, funny and compassionate. I look forward to working with her in the future after re-located back to Lubbock, TX.
I would not recommend Shirley Wetzel to anyone in Lubbock or its surrounding areas. I have only had two appointments with her and I have never felt more disrespected, disappointed or ignored by a health professional. I came to her with issues regarding heavy bleeding without a cause, hair loss, constipation etc. She talked over me most of my appointment and said she could do nothing for me.
