I just finished the process of whitening my teeth. It involved getting trays made by making an impression of my teeth which was very easy. Then I was given a clear bleaching gel to put into the trays then I placed them over my teeth every night. The gel is very mild and I experienced very little sensitivity and I have sensitivity issues. The process is not messy, the gel has no taste. I highly recommend it!
