Virgil's Plumbing replaced our toilet's flush system but water immediately leaked from the tank into the bowl, causing the tank to constantly refill. When notified of the issue and requesting the problem be addressed, his response was poor. After 3 weeks, he returned, extremely unhappy and rude. He replaced the flapper and left. It still leaks and he is no longer responding. The quality, professionalism and responsiveness is by far the worst we have experienced with any plumber.

Professionally able to set up appointment times, but unprofessionally did not show up to the first appointment or the rescheduled appointment with no correspondence. First appointment was scheduled by Virgil's Plumbing Company based on availability with a week wait. When the day arrived, no one showed up and there was no phone call. We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues.
