I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan. She also delivered two children of my friends. I am very grateful to her for delivering my daughter safely by C-section. She was always very kind and approachable and answered all questions. She was very careful and made sure that I had appropriate monitoring and follow-ups. If I have another child, I would look forward to working with Dr. Chan again.
I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Chan. She was always willing to answer any questions. She really paid attention to me as a patient and addressed any concerns I had during pregnancy and labor. She always had an upbeat demeanor, and frankly she's just very pleasant. A++ and 10 gold stars! I'd recommend her to any of my friends and family. I was referred to this Dr by my functional medicine Dr that spoke very highly of her. I had 2 appointments with her pre pandemic. She seemed very good during those 2 appointments. Fast forward to today and me trying ti pick up my med records. Since she has joined this group the service has become awful. I wasn’t going to leave a review just quietly leave the practice but feel compelled to speak out after reading the other disheartening reviews.
