I had to have my car taken in at the last minute and they were extremely accommodating and managed to get it sorted within 2 days, George was fantastic and has amazing customer service skills and goes above and beyond to help
We came to Shirley car care after we had a tire puncture and George accommodated us immediately. He was very friendly, professional, informative and very helpful with our situation. George did my mot and service and he was wonderful, really nice and helpful. Afterwards he showed me pictures and videos of the advisories with my car which no other garage had done before so that was very reassuring. Will definitely be my go.to garage from now on.
