Shirley was so kind, helpful and attentive! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really listens, is eager to help, and who is quick at making you feel cared for!
Other than not being allowed to stay inside the waiting room because I can't wear a face mask due to respiratory issues, my visit to the office was good. The nurse and the NP that took care of me were excellent. The front desk needs to learn to SHOW kindness and compassion in their face (eyes, since that's all I could see) and voice when helping patients who cannot "mask up".
She’s always great and respectful. That’s a great job.
