Stratan was our technician and was extremely thorough. Finding things previously inspected and ignored by a national known HVAC installer. Among them the prior inspector had set the fresh air intake to dry climate (in 105 heat indexes Dallas). So many things had been overlooked and now corrected by Shirley Air team.👍
