you can improve by getting the correct info when someone buys a house so they end up paying for way more then they should, gets ur figures CORRECT
They shouldn't quote a loan amount without getting correct information about house taxes. I was paying 556 a month but they stupidly used the previous owners taxes in which she had exemption instead of the correct amount that the city gave them. So now our house payment went from 556 to 715 a month to pay back the correct amount of taxes. how screwed up. Then the min we close on the house, the sell our loan to another company so they can run away from their mistake by saying they don't have our loan any more or info on that ... read more
