Dr. Shirley Fredrick has been our family doctor for over well over 20 years. We are patients of hers, not of what ever hospital she has chosen to enhance her practice or Family needs. I am proud of her for making the very convoluted and inconvenient and life-changing decisions to change her affiliation with a certain Hospital to better cover the needs and the patient/Doctor confidential time and stability that My Family has come to know while being in her care.
Dr. Frederick is outstanding; I have followed her from York when she practiced there. She is kind, honest, thorough, professional and most of all she takes her time with each patient. She doesn't rush through just to meet WDH quotas!! When Dr. Frederick leaves WDH I for one will go with her.
I was given a prescription for the wrong medication twice. I learned it was the wrong medication from the pharmacist while filling the prescription for the third time. I returned the prescription to Dr. Frederick's office, was told I wouldn't be given the right one that day even though I live approx. an hours drive from her office. I received no apology for the mistake that was made or inconvenience it caused me.
