BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... Delivered to my neighbor and I went to collect them and couldn't get a hold of them. Called the company and they said they would send more the next day but wouldn't deliver them. I simply asked for a refund and they refused. They could have easily called me before or after they delivered. Receiving flowers shouldn't be stressful!!!
It was so easy to order from their website, and the prices were even slightly cheaper than one of their competitors in Granite City (exact same arrangement). My friend raved about the flowers!
