From start to finish this company has fallen short on all promises. They dug the footings almost 3 feet short and tried to hide it by pouring concrete in the hole to hide the shortage. I didn't get hired to GC the job. Their machine was incapable of digging dirt so they sent out a stronger machine but first assured me there would be no added charge. John the salesman is not trustworthy since he gave me his word on the phone that I would NOT incure added charges for them bringing a stronger machine..he lied..they are now tryi... read more
Overall I was happy with my garage 24x24x10 built on Nov 6th-8th 2024 ..about 2 weeks went by finally got some rain and noticed some wet spots on the clean stone I just had delivered and spread to pour concrete called them Nov 27th to say I noticed a leak in roof and could see a hole in roof was told a note would be put on someones desk to address issue. Never got a call so 7 days later I called back and asked if I could speak to someone in charge about this cause I never got a call back ...was told he could probably come by... read more
