I reached out to Kenelm Shirk in order to get some in-depth help in order to avoid getting arrested for besieging the capital. However, during my first consultation I was handed several boxes of bullets for an AR-15 and told to meet Mr.Shirk in Nancy Pelosi's office at a predetermined time. It seems however, Mr.Shirk is indisposed at the moment. Does anyone have any recommendations for any local lawyers who are experienced in Insurrection-based charges?
I hired Mr. Shirk to represent me in a civil suit. Things went well until December when he informed me that he was not going to represent me anymore. He informed the opposing attorney two weeks before he informed me because I was " missed in his correspondence". At this point we were supposed to be having depositions, but instead he left it proceed right to arbitration.
