I will be as honest as possible. The counter help when checking in or inquiring for help is not very good. I won't mention names, but I needed help regarding my elderly sister's release form being emailed to her eye doctor to clear her for surgery but she's arguing and making things difficult the whole time I'm talking to her. I like Dr. Patel very much. I've been a patient of his for almost 10 years. I really like seeing him at CMH Santa Rosa because I get so much great care there. I have major spinal surgery coming up July 10th. I needed to be seen quickly so I could get Dr. Patel to sign off on the surgery. The morning of my appointment for an EKG which Dr. Patel doesn't even administer, my little dog Kimba got gravely ill. Ill. He was throwing up everywhere. I just recently started seeing DR. Patel and I just love the way he is explaining things of my heart to me and in a way I can understand. So that said I just want to give a BIG thank you to him and the staff there.
Dr Patel's attention is focused on his patient the duration of the visit. His calm manor is comforting and his knowledge and explaination of care options is thorough and complete. I am thankful he is in charge of my cardiac care.
