The worst production ever! During the ceremony, their service was good, but after the ceremony, it's been more than a year that I don't have the my final video of my wedding. Their editing is very bad and unprofessional. Many videos and photos are missing. For more than a year, they have been telling me to call them so they start working on my video, I don't know if I hired them to make my wedding video or they hired me to remind them their duty. Positive - experience during the wedding events was good. Friendly staff. Negative - everything after the events. Over promised. Under delivered. Constant delays in receiving wedding photos and videos. Still missing an additional copy of wedding album that was promised. Doesn't answer phone or emails. Always had excuses once you got ahold of him.
