The consultation felt very personalized, which I really appreciated, couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and fully understood the process before getting started.
Me and my sister got a keratin treatment here and were really disappointed. We were told it would be $140 each, but after the service and after we wrote “good reviews” she suddenly charged $250 each, saying she used her “best product.” That was never mentioned before, and we would’ve never agreed to pay that much. She also said the product would last 9 months, but my sister’s hair went back to normal in a week and mine didn’t last either. I’ve been going to Shirin since I moved to Dallas in 2021, and I couldn’t be happier with her work! I’ve done keratin treatments and highlights with her multiple times, and she always delivers amazing results. She listens to what I want, gives great advice, and makes sure my hair looks and feels its best. On top of that, she’s so sweet and makes every appointment a great experience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist!
