Worst office staff, so rude I did like the Dr but will take my services somewhere else, I literally have never been to an office with such poor customer service skills., they will not work with you at all.
Not only is her office unresponsive and uncaring to calls and questions, but she is so conservative in her treatment that after one year she was still calling my mom's symptoms allergies and trying different medicines. Finally, after coughing up blood for more than a month of this, my mom went to an urgent care and FINALLY had a chest x-ray. Stage 4 lung cancer that would have been treatable if it had been found earlier. Now we all pay the price for a doctor who is more concerned with insurance companies that her patients.
My family and I see Dr Shirer and we love her!!! I have two girls 5 and 2, she has seen bailey since about 1 and Kailyn since she was born. The staff is amazing and the office is immaculate. Best place ever!
Best doctor office around! Typically I can get an appointment same day if you call first thing and someone has cancelled if not the next day for immediate needs. For regular things like physicals they’re pretty flexible. I see Doctor Shier and she’s awesome. The staff is friendly and the office is always clean.
Terrible experience with scheduling appointment had to wait several weeks finally scheduled day after Christmas which ruined my vacation however I showed up and waited 10 minutes so they can tell me they rescheduled my appointment. I was never contacted as they say they did; interesting why they did not leave me a message! Terrible and not sympathetic with patients! This review applies to staff as I never saw doctor!
