Can’t fault the service Tommy provided. My bike was collected, serviced, tuned, and retuned back to my door. Top job
Always go to shireoak tom and guys are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes.
Sent my bike for a remapp and new fork seals it was pointed out to me that I needed my fork stantions replacing as they were pitted I was given a quote on the spot my bike was collected and dropped bk to me a completely stress free service I would recommend shireoaks to anyone and shall be going bk myself for future work
I trusted this shop to repair my performance bike gearbox, but they let me down badly. When the job went wrong, they ignored me and tried to ghost me instead of fixing it. I had to go through my credit card company for a chargeback just to get my money back for their faulty repair — that says it all. My advice: never pay cash for big repairs. Use a credit card as protection, and if they refuse, walk away. I’m a trusting person, but that was my mistake here. Hopefully, this saves someone else the trouble.
Fantastic Motorcycle, and car repair garage, excellent staff and service level is second to none. Very, very knowledgeable. Tom and the lads are a joy to deal with, and use only the finest lubricants - a big difference to most garages I've previously dealt with, who seem to buy lubricants in bulk, and force the customer to use these, inferior quality products.
