I love the doctors and reception staff here! Always super friendly and can’t be faulted. The pathology is not always open at advertised hours/on advertised days though which is a bit frustrating but won’t stop me coming to the lovely practice

We have been attending this medical practice for many years as a family, and our experience has always been positive. The doctors are empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. My children have had all their blue book check-ups and immunizations done here, and we have always been impressed by the professionalism and care provided. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality medical care.
If low income avoid at all cost will try to charge for things covered by the government health care card saying they gave discount when it should of been free government really need to cracking down on these rip off practices. And now with a reply of not obligated to bulk bill these dodgy practices to put more money in there pockets rather then care for their patients.these are things the government really needs to clamp down on and should shut down such places
Dr. Morgan Anslow is an outstanding GP! She is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares for her patients. Due to her popularity, it can sometimes be challenging to get an appointment, so I have also seen several other doctors at the practice. Each one has exceeded my expectations, making me feel genuinely cared for and listened to. I highly recommend Shire Family Medical to anyone seeking high-quality care from a team of professional, kind, and knowledgeable GPs.
