Sam was meant to pick up my car this morning but didn't show up. I had changed the time a few times: once because I discovered the garage I was going to leave the car in was too small. And then because my wife got sick meaning I had extra baby care duties. Each time I asked to change the day I apologised and Sam told me "it was all good". These guys made a real mess of my car. I organised for them to do a full $350 detail on my 2005 Lexus LS430. I also asked for one headlamp to be refreshed for an additional $50. I was told on the phone that they had been in business for 15 years etc etc and if I wasn't happy, I would not have to pay. They picked up the car and about an hour later I got a phone call to say that they had been cleaning it with a pressure washer and had blown a ten cent coin sized piece of paint off the front wing. Quoted the job and then came to my place to take the car back to their shop then returned the car all done and issue was fixed and to their word costed as per the quote, very reliable!
Sam and his team did an excellent job on our Forester. He picked up the car and dropped it back off when finished. We have a dog who is frequently in the car after the beach and they got all the dog hair off, pretty amazing!
