Hidden gem, chicken was insane
The beef came off the grill hot and crusted at the edge. Inside it was still soft, and the juice ran when you cut it. The saffron rice was light and smelled of the pan. The bread tore clean and took the meat well. Tomatoes had gone sweet in the fire. Onions were charred and good. You ate and were glad of it. Highly recommended.
