I researched many companies & received several estimates and descriptions of the process. This company had the most comprehensive and fair estimate. The owner of the company Alex spent approximately 45 minutes with me and based on my interaction I decided to let him take all four of my Persian carpets for cleaning. I was astonished once I got them back. A great experience all around. STRONLY RECOMMEND....
Extremely unhappy and upset with this service. A friend of mine accidentally stained my rug while housesitting for me. Tragically, he took the rug, which was an irreplaceable family heirloom, to this place to get it professionally cleaned. They apparently tried to clean it, found that they couldn’t get the stain out, and then WITHOUT ASKING him or telling him the plan had been changed, they took it upon themselves to CUT THE STAINED SECTION OUT and Frankenstein it back together. They did the great job on my handmade rugs. I had one for repair and one for cleaning. They picked up for free and returned them to me in 1 week. Awesome job
