Besides water problems, there is no place to walk; no sidewalks along 1 km Appaloosa Run, no shoulders, cracked and crumbling asphalt, holes in roadway, cars parked into roadway. We are a 55+ community with around 200 apts. and cars using this road which is the only way into the area. Need a car to get around. No public transit.
Avoid this place - STILL no resolution to water problems since Sept 2024; hot and cold are different issues. Ask them how many people have moved out in 2026? Try to get an honest answer.
Very disappointed with the new bldg. Frequently no hot water which means no heat with infloor heating. Now on our 5th super in 1.5 yrs. Currently on 3rd week of not being able to consume water in any way due to water testing fails. Bottled water is being provided but little info on repairs etc. NOT WORTH NEARLY $3,000 A MONTH!!!
