It takes a lot for me to be impressed with the level of presence, touch, and care that I receive from bodyworkers. Shira was the whole package and then some! She has certainly found her gifts and is sharing them through her work. My body really responded in the session, and I was able to deeply relax and release.
Shira provided a highly-attuned, expert Thai massage. She has a wonderful energy, and seems to work effortlessly. To me, that sense of ease reveals a kind of mastery. She found ranges of motion in my body that were restricted; she provided steady pressure but did not cause pain. My body felt relaxed and expanded afterwards. Literally the best Thai massage I've experienced.
What an amazing experience! My partner and I had an awesome time learning about an entirely different type of massage and assisted stretching. We are excited to learn more that we've been telling our athletic and strength friends about this type of massage in person as well! 110% will recommend and be back asap!
