After I received a massage from Shira Melen, it became clear to me there was more to massage than I had realized. I've had many massages since my first in 1995, and still I find her ability to tune-in to the issues I'm dealing with quite extraordinary. I consistently walk out of her office amazed at the difference she has made for me each time with my body feeling so much better. Shira is an outstanding therapist. No need to look any further.

Shira’s massages are always unique and tuned-in to my needs on a given day. Her ability to hone in on the stagnation in my arms and hands in great detail, as well as her work on my upper back, stands out among the many massages I’ve received from multiple therapists in my life.
