They don’t answer the phone even if you call 36 times in one day
Rude and unprofessional medical staff. I also tried getting my medical issues documented here, was told by the captain and his assistant that it would be. They did not and backhandedly included their own opinion on my doctors note that I was trying to claim "disability" without listing any of my symptoms.
Had a pleasant experience here. Kind and professional staff.
