The owner (Richard Osburn) of Shipwrights Unlimited is not to be trusted. We paid Shipwrights Unlimited $25000.00 to replace two air conditioning units on our boat along with other parts and upgrades. I received and invoice from the owner a week before Thanksgiving 2023, I paid for the invoice with the understanding all parts and materials would be ordered immediately and all work would start that week. 3 weeks later I became suspicious due to not receiving updates/photos of progress etc. After the owner avoided my calls and... read more
